About me
Founder Ash Farrington spent thirty years in policing retiring as a Detective Chief Inspector.
He achieved national accreditations as a hostage negotiator, Senior Investigating Officer and Public Safety and Public Order commander. Ash’s main passion though was in developing leaders and teams. He saw that leadership was always a choice and not a rank or grade. He qualified as a leadership coach and has considerable coaching experience and leadership development that has included working with the British Army, HM Prison Service, Fire and Rescue Service as well as with colleagues in the Police Service.
In policing, Ash specialised in organisational confidence and supported colleagues from the Association for Women in Policing and the Multi-Cultural Association. Through coaching he wanted people to see their potential and through this the confidence to reach for the stars and be who they could be.
It seemed natural to Ash that after policing this journey needed to continue and Farrington and Kind was born to offer this unique experience and support. So if this is the kind of help you need please get in touch.
